Would be a zero if it let me!! Extremely poor service avoid shopping here. Customer service is atrocious and they are expensive for poor quality

Customer Service is atrocious phoned to find out returns process had a rude lady on the phone who has no clue how to treat customers kindly and explain things in a simple manner. As a new customer put me off ordering again !!

Bought some bedding (double duvet) in M&Co in Ashbourne (Derbyshire) while we were on holiday and the member of staff at the till was very helpful and friendly. The store itself is very well laid out with lovely stock. An excellent shopping experience!

Faulty clothing
Poor service - delayed delivery and when it arrived the item had an arrow showing a fault - advised no refund for delivery charge - V disappointed and won’t be shopping again at M and Co!

Our local store in Liskeard Cornwall is a lovely place to shop . Spotlessly clean and well stocked . The staff are always helpful and obliging, well worth a visit .

Bought a dark towel, not fit for purpose, customer services are replacing.
Bought a dark towel, hand washed separately colour poured out. Informed M&Co, I was told to send back for inspection and this would take 14 days plus 72 hours quarantine. To add insult agent stated that no-one else had complained! I sent full tracking details and asked if I may have a replacement in a different colour. Yes I had bought two to start with. This was impossible for them to do due to different product code? My towel was delivered and refund appeared 3 days after I posted it back. If I want to start the process again I have to pay for delivery (previously I had purchased enough to get free delivery. Very poor service, not as I have had in the past but a happy ending replacement being sent. Well done M&CO

This review is from Sue not Peter.....Out of the blue I received an email to inform me that I was getting a refund. Very nice except I hadn't sent anything back! So after a couple of emails to Ashley to explain, she then put me onto Linda who phoned me almost immediately. The refund 'problem' was sorted without any fuss. I wish all retailers had a customer service like this when you have an issue you actually get a response. Well done ladies, for sorting this out even though it wasn't anything that I'd done in the first place. Thank you x

I need to contact customer service about a refund and the service was very good I sent a message at the weekend and the problem was solved by teatime on Monday,

Online customer service is poor
Online customer service is poor. My first enquiry about delivery times to store was completely side-stepped and I had to raise it again.
Then my refund for the order I sent back failed to include the original postage which, by law, companies have to do if it's returned in full. They've refunded it now but it leaves a nasty taste.

Ayr store, staff brilliant:
2 ladies working on Fri were so helpful and I'd day a credit to M&Co. They both understand what good service looks like and set about delivering it.
The dresses they had on were beautiful and they both had the same one in by coincidence. Maybe consider one uniform, it looks great.
I like being able to buy different ranges. I bought some trespass fleeces for husband, I like kids clothes and normally get my mum something for Christmas from the Italian type rage.
Points card good and offers that encourage me to pop into store.

Placing an order/ discount code
I placed an order and went to pick up mail at my front door. There was an offer with a discount code, so I contact M&Co, Ashley responded and has since applied the code and I have a refund pending.
It’s great to get such a quick and positive response and genuinely polite response, quite refreshing.

Exchange of goods
I placed an order but needed to exchange for a different size, it was very straightforward to return. I received one item in exchange but one was missing so I contacted Ashley and she responded very quickly and sorted out the missing item. Very good communication and excellent service. Many thanks.
